Brian Inkster - Improving - Reinvent Law London 2014
Brian Inkster – ‘Improving’ – Reinvent Law London 2014

Brian Inkster gives insights to other lawyers on how he sees and operates his law firm, Inksters, very much as a business. Brian provides real life examples of how he has grown Inksters since he formed the firm in 1999 and his plans for future growth and expansion.

One theme that runs through Brian’s talks on being an entrepreneurial law firm is that of improvement. Brian believes that you can make lots of little changes to improve many facets of a law practice and these will cumulatively reinvent it.

Brian talks about identity, office environment, the internet, social media, marketing, geographical reach, the cloud, legal process engineering, funding, self employed consultants, corporate social responsibility and having fun.
